Hello, I’m Colin Clarey

For over 30 years, I’ve worked with people’s health, recovery and wellbeing — as a chiropractor and sports therapist. I’ve supported everyone from Olympic triathletes to shearers, adventure racers to GPs, helping people move, recover, and reconnect with the intelligence of their physical form.

But in recent years, my focus has shifted. I now guide people not just toward physical wellbeing, but toward something deeper: self-leadership — the inner skills of awareness, regulation, and aligned action that allow us to meet life with steadiness and truth.

In addition to my chiropractic background, I’m trained in health and wellness coaching, men’s work facilitation, meditation training, and nervous system regulation. I’ve also lived the reality of personal reinvention — navigating severe spinal injury, identity loss, and the deep discomfort of letting go of an old life to find a truer one.

Whether I’m working one-on-one, running retreats, or speaking to groups, my goal is the same:
To help people lead themselves to where they truly want to be in life..
To support men and women to reconnect with their inner compass and move through life not from pressure to perform, but from presence.
